Getting Ready for Formal Recruitment
With all the work and planning that goes into sorority recruitment, it can be easy to get overwhelmed and feel like there's just not enough time! Don't you worry, we've got some time management tips to help you take control of your work week. First things first, make a tentative schedule. Organizing your time ahead of time will give you a clear idea of what needs to be done and when. Setting goals for each day is also key, as it'll motivate you to tackle your tasks when you have a tangible success to strive for.
And hey, we know impromptu meetings can throw off your groove, so why not have the girls review routes or practice conversation in the meantime? That way, everyone's still making progress, and no one's time is being wasted. And most importantly, make sure you're communicating with the women in your sorority. Share your goals and schedule so everyone feels included and considered. With these time management techniques, your sorority will be ruling recruitment in no time!

So, make sure to have some cough drops and honey sticks on hand – they're a sweet snack that will not only give you energy, but also help soothe your throat. And since you'll be around lots of people for long periods of time, try adding some EmergenC powder to your water for an extra boost.
Don't forget to keep mints on hand, too! They'll help freshen your breath and keep your throat feeling tip-top. And speaking of water, make sure to drink plenty of it to stay hydrated. Plus, with all that standing, we find it's not a bad idea to keep some Advil on hand, just in case. Here's to a successful rush work week, ladies!
