The thing people are most excited to talk about when it comes to sororities - the amazing bonds you make with your sisters! Abby ravved about her sisterhood, talking about all the special events and moments that make these group of girls unlike any other. From late nights at the Delta Shelta to creatively themed functions, this sisterhood knows how to have a good time together!
Looking back on her college career, there was one Sisterhood event that stood out from the rest - Bachelor viewing parties at the house! Getting to watch the drama unfold with your sisters and have a house-wide bracket competiton ... how can you get much better than that?
Other than casual Sisterhoods at the house, the Tri Delt does maybe the coolest date party I've ever heard of. They have an annual event called "Ranch," but it's at the same barn they filmed the incredible Hannah Montana movie. Iconic location + Vandy DDD = Best of Both Worlds. How many times do you think "Hoedown Throwdown" is played? I'm going to guess 100, and rightfully so.

Each year, Tri Delt hosts Delta Underground, a dance show for all of Vanderbilt. This major event raises a ton of money for Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital in Nashville. This is a great opportunity to have fun with your sisters while raising money for such an amazing cause.
Other than Delta Underground, DDD puts on Bids for Kids, Sincerely Yours, and a series of other smaller events throughout the year.
Looking ahead to 2022, things are looking bright for Tri Delta. Abby in particular talked about how excited she is for Spring Bid Day, as she should as Recruitment chair! Getting to meet all your new sisters, introducing them to all the fun things they get to do now as Deltas - there's truly nothing better!
And after Bid Day, you get to hang out with your new PC! Abby talked abut her fav memory - going to Gulf Shores with her PC a month after Bid Day. Even though they didn't know each other well, that trip gave her and her best friends memories that they'll remember for a lifetime.
