Order Processing Time

 


All items are custom made to order. Production typically takes 7–14 business days after your design proof is approved and payment is received. During peak seasons (such as recruitment, bid day, holidays, or large order periods), production times may be longer.


You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

 


 

 

Specialty & Custom Product Production Times

 


Some specialty or highly customized items require additional manufacturing time. These products may take significantly longer to produce due to factors such as:

 

  • Specialty materials or decoration methods

  • Custom garment manufacturing

  • Large quantity orders

  • Vendor or supply chain timelines

 


If your order includes specialty items, production timelines may extend beyond standard production estimates. When applicable, our team will communicate updated timelines.

 


 

 

Shipping Time

 


Shipping time depends on the delivery method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated transit times:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

 


Shipping timelines begin after production is complete, not from the date the order is placed.

 


 

 

Address Accuracy

 


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.


Emerson Coast is not responsible for:

 

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers due to weather or operational issues

 


If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at admin@emersoncoast.com. We can only update shipping details if the order has not yet shipped.

 


 

 

Tracking Information

 


Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you do not receive tracking please check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate it please email admin@emersoncoast.com

 


 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 


If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

 

  1. Check around your delivery area

  2. Ask neighbors or building management

  3. Contact the carrier directly

 


If you still cannot locate it, email us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier. Please note that Emerson Coast is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

 


 

 

Split Shipments

 


For large or group orders, items may ship in multiple packages. If this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking number.

 


 

 

Damaged Packages

 


If your package arrives visibly damaged:

 

  • Take photos before opening

  • Save all packaging materials

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

 


We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

 


 

 

Shipping Delays

 


While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, Emerson Coast is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
