Bulk order gift cards are valid only for the product(s) specified on each individual gift card, and the specified amount. To redeem, the order piece quantity must meet the minimum requirement, which is the same as the company’s standard minimums. That amount will be taken off the invoice total. Please consult with your sales representative for details.
Gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Bulk custom orders only. Not valid for online orders.
After signing up to VIP program, you'll receive an email that includes each bulk gift card, its amount, and the product that it is applied to.
To redeem each gift card, you must screenshot & send your gift card information to your sales rep when submitting final quantities / officially placing your order. Gift cards submitted before or after the order is placed will not be honored. No exceptions.
All gift card redemptions must be completed by June 1, 2025. Note that this redemption deadline refers to placing the order, not paying the invoice. See “Print Now, Pay Later” deal for more details. No purchase is necessary to receive the gift cards.
Retail gift cards are valid only for purchases made on shop.emersoncoast.com (Shop Emerson Coast) and can be used for individual retail items only. They are not valid for bulk orders or custom products.
After signing up to the VIP program, you will receive an email containing your gift card code and/ link—no physical gift cards will be sent. Each gift card code is limited to 300 uses per chapter. Gift cards cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or deals.
The gift card expires on December 31st, 2025. No purchase is necessary to receive the gift cards.
By becoming a VIP, you are immediately entered to win free sweat sets for their incoming pledge class. No purchase is necessary to participate in this giveaway. The winner will be selected on July 1st, 2025 and must respond within 4 business days to claim their prize.
The winner will receive a crewneck and sweatpants set for every new member of their Fall 2025 class. The sorority's class size will be verified by the school’s Panhellenic to determine the total number of sets. In addition, the winner will receive 25 extra sets beyond the number needed for their new member class.
The sweat sets will be Gildan Heavy Blend Crew Sweatshirt and Port & Company® Core Fleece Sweatpant, both in white—no exceptions.
The winner will have the opportunity to design the sets, and the design will be the same for all sets. The crewneck will feature a front-only print with a maximum of 2 ink colors. The sweatpants will also feature a front-only print with a maximum of 2 ink colors.
Please note that all designs must adhere to these specifications to be free.
For every bulk order of Bid Day, Recruitment, or Work Week t-shirts of 50 pieces or more, you will receive 1 free banner.
This offer is valid for bulk orders only and does not apply to accessory orders. If you have multiple bulk orders that do not individually meet the 50-piece minimum but combined total 50 or more pieces, you will still be eligible for 1 free banner.
The free banner will feature the same design as your t-shirt order, and no changes to the design will be allowed. If combining multiple orders to get to 50, customer will choose which design for the banner. If a front & back design, customer will choose 1 of the designs for the banner.
The banner size will be approximately 5ft x 7ft (or a similar size that fits the layout of the design). The banners will be printed on vinyl with metal grommets in each corner for easy hanging.
Banners will either be shipped with your t-shirt order or separately, depending on logistics.
The Print Now, Pay Later option is available exclusively to VIP members who do not currently have access to their budget/need to delay payment. This option allows you to place your order immediately, but delay full payment until your budget becomes available. By choosing this option, your order is treated as officially placed and cannot be cancelled or modified for any reason.
Once your order is placed, shirts will go into production, but they will not be shipped until the full invoice is paid. To initiate production & lock in the order, a non-refundable deposit of $299 must be paid at the time of ordering. This deposit will be credited toward your total invoice and is not an additional charge. Please note that the deposit amount may vary depending on the total order quantity.
