General Terms
Recruitment and Bid Day orders must be placed by 5/1/2026 to qualify for any promotional freebies or discounts. This promotion is valid for apparel orders only and does not apply to accessories unless explicitly stated by Emerson Coast. Customers must notify their sales rep of the specific promo item(s) they want to redeem prior to placing their order. Promo items cannot be added after an order has been submitted. Freebies will ship separately from the main order unless otherwise noted by the sales rep. Availability of promo items is subject to change, and Emerson Coast reserves the right to modify or substitute promotional items at its discretion.
Banner
The free banner promo is valid for apparel orders of 50+ shirts. Customers may redeem one (1) free banner per qualifying order. Banner artwork will match the shirt design from the qualifying order. Banner size is 5 ft x 7 ft.
Keychains
Keychains are valid for Recruitment or Bid Day apparel orders of 100+ pieces. Customers will receive the same number of keychains as shirts ordered in the qualifying order. The keychain design is preset, with the sorority name embroidered.
Phone Wallets
Phone wallets are valid for Recruitment or Bid Day apparel orders of 100+ pieces. Customers will receive the same number of phone wallets as shirts ordered in the qualifying order. The phone wallet design is preset and will feature the sorority name.
Stickers
Stickers are valid for Recruitment or Bid Day apparel orders of 100+ pieces. Customers will receive 100 stickers per qualifying order. Sticker artwork will match the shirt design from the qualifying order and will be approximately 3" wide, depending on the design layout.
$50 Off Invoice
The $50 off invoice promo is valid for Recruitment or Bid Day apparel orders of 100+ pieces. $50 will be deducted from the final invoice total.
Free Sets
Free sets are valid for apparel orders of 100+ shirts. Customers will receive five (5) free sets, selected based on stock and availability. Set style will be chosen by Emerson Coast, and the final set design must be approved by the customer prior to production.
New Member Sets Giveaway
Every Bid Day or Recruitment shirt order automatically counts as one (1) entryinto the New Member Sets Giveaway, regardless of order size. The winner will be selected at random and contacted by their sales rep. The winner must provide proof of new member class size to claim the prize. They will receive 1 set for each new member. The giveaway sets will be white Gildan crewneck sweatshirt and joggers, with a one-color screen printed design. The customer may choose the set design.
