We’ll never make you pay for anything until you’re 100% in love with the design and ready to order shirts. Until then, you’re free to make any edits to the proof until you absolutely love it.
Once you’re obsessed with it, we get to work on getting them screen printed! Our average turnaround time is 2 weeks, but can speed it up a bit if you’re in a time crunch. We know how important shirts are for your sorority event, and are committed to getting them to you on time!
When it comes to actually ordering the shirts, you can do one of two things - a traditional bulk order or an online order. With bulk ordering, you give us all the sizes and pay one invoice for everything. This is an easy option for required shirts like Recruitment or other chapter-wide events.
If shirts are optional or you don’t want to mess with all those sizes, we’ll make a link for an online order! You can send the link in the GroupMes, letting your chapter members pay for their own shirt and choose a size. This is great for merch over the Summer, like Work Week merch or general PR.
Once the shirts are done, we’ll ship them right to you! Bulk shipping is free, but we can individually ship for an extra charge. When you get the shirts, rip them open and make sure everything is perfect! If there’s anything wrong, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right!
